DOMESTIC SHIPPING- We Dispatch From Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. After receiving order we dispatch all domestic orders in 4-8 working days. After dispatching customers will recieve order in 2-8 working days. Depending upon the location and courier services of particular area.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- We dispatch all International orders in 4-10 working days and After dispatching customers will recieve order in 4-15 working days depending upon the location and courier services used.
RETURN POLICY
- We have exchange available within 10 days window only in case of manufacturing defects.
- We don't exchange on the basis of any other issues such as Size, Color, Style, Motifs, Shade, Etc.
- We do not have pick up facility with us, so customers will be required to send back the parcel in case they opt for exchange within the eligible criteria. However we'll refund the shipping back charges.
